Appointments
We typically schedule regular orthodontic adjustments about every six weeks. An orthodontic practice is composed mostly of patients who are school age. This being the case, it is not possible for every patient to have all, or even most of their appointments on Saturdays or after school hours. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We strive to see you at your scheduled appointment time. In order to achieve this we need to know ahead of time if you have any problems. Repairing appliances during after school hours inevitably creates scheduling problems. If you should have a broken appliance please call our office as soon as possible. Even if you have a regular appointment scheduled, call us immediately to notify us that you need an appliance repaired. By calling, you will allow us reserve the appropriate amount of time needed to repair your appliance. This will help us ensure your appointment is completed in a timely manner, and will help us remain on schedule. We request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen circumstances sometimes require missing an appointment, please call as soon as possible to reschedule.
Our office hours are as follows:

| Wednesday | 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. | Morris office |
| Thursday | 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. | Joliet office |

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits.
Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage
in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities
of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid
at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill
insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render
payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance,
paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is
always available to answer them. |
